Every AHUN lot is single-estate and traceable to the farm that grew it. We highlight three signature origins year-round — and when the harvest brings something special, we add limited seasonal drops.
Sidama
Berry · Sweet · Bright
Grown slow in the Sidama highlands. Juicy and sweet, with ripe berry notes and a bright, lively cup that holds up black or with milk.
Limu
Winey · Spiced · Smooth
From the forests of southwestern Ethiopia. Round and smooth, with wine-like depth, gentle spice, and a finish that lingers long after the cup is done.

We work directly with single estates across Ethiopia's growing regions, paying for quality and picking only the lots we'd brew ourselves.
02 — Roasted
Small batches, roasted to order — never sitting on a shelf. Choose your roast: light, medium, medium-dark, or dark.
03 — Shipped
Straight from the roaster to your door, as beans or ground for filter or espresso. Roast date on every bag.
